Parcel delivery & incoming mail distribution at Aigburth campus does not have the same level of service as Hope Park campus. Students living at Hope Park have their parcels signed for by reception and stored safely at Hope Park. Aigburth students do not have the same provision and parcels are not signed for and turned away forcing students to have to go to the local Post Office to pick up parcels. 

We would like to see students at Aigburth treated in the same way as Hope Park students are and for there to be some form of reception established where our parcels are signed for and space allocated for them to be stored safely.
